The nominees will be evaluated based on the following core criterion:

- The nominee should demonstrate a quality approach to manage a problem, or create a solution (preventive/reactive) overcoming challenges to meet the objective of creating a cybersafe environment
- The nominee should inspire changes in the existing/drafting cybersecurity policies and offer thought leadership in a societal beneficiary area
- Irrespective of the size, scale and visibility of the organisation, the nominee should possess qualities like critical thinking, problem-solving, originality and imagination
- The nominee’s impact in a particular department, organisation, local community or the nation within the limitations of the cybersecurity environment such as improving systems, reducing cost, enhancing sustainability and quantifiable business benefits
The individuals are intended to write on how (max 500 words) they meet each of the above criteria and why (max 250 words) they believe they are the best fit for the award. The nominations are open till 8 October 2019.
The K7 Cybersafe Awards is an enthralling event where the discussions would revolve around the impact of Data Protection Bill on Cybersecurity policies from subject matter experts and enterprises. The winners of K7 Cybersafe Awards would be judged on various aspects and acknowledge their efforts for bringing out superlative outputs and would be felicitated by eminent personalities.
